Isla Del Rey (King Island) is the biggest island of this group and second in the Panamanian Pacific Ocean to Coiba Island. It is approximately 74,000 acres (232 square kilometers) in size.

There are numerous rivers and several natural water springs. The surrounding sea is pristine with many marine animal species, whales, dolphins and turtles among them. Fishing is a very popular activity in this area for both locals and visitors.

Isla del Rey is approximately 60 nautical miles from Panama City. It takes 25 minutes to get there by plane and 2 hours by sea.

There are several populated areas on the island, but San Jose, at the North, is the biggest one. This island has long and beautiful white sand beaches where you can appreciate marine fauna and flora.

Today, there are areas for sale. There are residential and tourist projects, some of which are beachfront.
